Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Testerz product is made to order by our print and fulfillment partners (via Printify) after you place your order. Shipping happens in two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time

Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days. Production can take longer during the holiday season and for certain products.

Delivery time

United States: typically 2–8 business days after production, depending on the shipping method and fulfillment partner.

International: typically 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus delivery time.

Shipping rates

Calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced in different locations and may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment by email.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. Tracking can take a day or two to update.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has gone into production, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email testerzshop@gmail.com.
